Ah the power of an appointment. It may have taken me a longer time to finally get to the DMV (about 4 weeks since our government cant manage it’s finances and forces it’s employees to take furloughs), but I only had to lose an hour of my life to those mindless, paper pushing, bureaucrats that are the DMV. So this will be a much simpler and shorter post than Sven’s, since my experience was just that, much simpler and shorter. I followed these simple steps to alleviate my dealings with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
1. Go online and make an appointment! This will save you tons of time and sanity, and it will make the process much smoother.
2. Study!!! You have taken the class and spent your money, so make it worth it and pass the test on the first try. They have practice tests on the DMV website which will prove to be helpful.
3. Walk out of the DMV with a smile on your face (ok well that may be pushing it), and a Motorcycle Liscens in your hand.
